Los Angeles: A federal judge rejected Beyoncé's request for a permanent injunction to stop a Texas company catering to people engaged to be married from selling dozens of shirts, tank tops, hoodies and other items bearing the name "Feyoncé”.
The singer had filed a lawsuit earlier this year, that the company’s knockoff products infringed her trademark rights and that it would confuse consumers.
Beyoncé, is married to rapper Jay Z and they have three children, Blue Ivy Carter and twins Sir and Rumi Carter.
