Beard festival in Sweden

Hundreds gathered in Stockholm on Saturday for a festival that celebrated facial hair with a parade and a barber battle.

A vast array of styles were on display at the World Beard Day event in Sweden.

Around 200 gathered for a parade organised by the Swedish chapter of an international beard club called 'Bearded Villains.'

They were later joined by a further 500 attendees to watch barbers battling it out for the title of Sweden's best beard barber.
