Here's how much it rained in Oman

Muscat: A total of 5.8 mm of rainfall was recorded at the Al Amerat weather station, while the station in Muscat recorded 3.8 mm of rain, officials from Oman's Meteorology body — Public Authority of Civil Aviation — have announced.
Rains lashed parts of Oman on Sunday morning and citizens, residents welcomed the chill in the air.
In a statement online authorities said, “The amount of rainfall that occurred on Sunday was 5.8 mm at the Al Amerat station and 3.8 mm at the Muscat station."
Officials from PACA also added that this could cause a drop in temperature in the Sultanate.
