Muscat: Huawei has officially launched its new line of phones in Oman on Tuesday, the dual front camera devices Nova 3 and Nova 3i.
Both phones are Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered devices with dual front-facing cameras — a 24MP primary sensor and a 2MP sensor that are designed to offer users the best-in-technology selfie that a smartphone can offer.
“We are delighted to announce the launch of the Huawei Nova 3 and Huawei Nova 3i in Oman. Both these smartphones have unparalleled AI capabilities when it comes to the dual front camera features that capture every detail beyond the face in a selfie.
“It introduces AI background scene recognition in front camera and has the ability to recognise age, gender and skin tone to capture perfect AI selfies,” said Bill Yu, Middle East Multi countries — Country Manager, Huawei Consumer Business Group, Oman.
He added, "Selfies these days are a self-expression of our confidence, our bravery and our passion, especially among the younger generation. We are confident that the launch of the new Huawei Nova 3 series will be a success among the selfie lovers in Oman."
The Huawei Nova 3 is now available across selected retail stores in Oman in Iris Purple, Black, Red and Blue colours at price of OMR188.9 The Nova 3i is available for pre-order and will be on shelves from August 16, 2018 across select retail stores in Oman. It will be available in Iris Purple, Pearl White and Black colours at OMR135.9.
