Four fires reported in one day in Oman

Muscat: Four fires were reported in one day in Oman, the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) has announced.
Two fires were reported in the Wilayat of Bahla, one was reported in the Wilayat of Rustaq, while yet another one was reported in Wilayat Dhank.
While no information on how the fires started was made available, officials said that no injuries were recorded in all three incidents.
According to PACDA, the first fire in the Wilayat of Bahla “started on a farm which resulted in the loss of crops”.
No injuries
The second fire in Bahla also involved trees. In a statement online the officials said, “Firefighters at the Department of Civil Defence and Ambulance in A’Dhakiliyah governorate managed to control a fire that broke out among the remnants of fallen trees in the Wilayat of Bahla, without recording any injuries.”
Meanwhile, the Department of Civil Defence and Ambulance managed to control a “fire that broke out in a building [that was] under construction in the Wilayat of Rustaq.”
The fourth incident was reported in a farm in Wilayat of Dhank. Firefighters from the department in Al Dhahira managed to get to the farm in time to extinguish the fire without “ recording any injuries.”
