Omanis form the backbone of our operations and we take pride in selecting those with the greatest talents to join our teams.
“Since its inception, Oman Air has been known for its deployment of Omanis throughout our company. This is especially the case with our cabin crew, who are the forefront of our operations in the air. They are international ambassadors for Oman and we therefore strive to ensure that their training reflects our unmatched traditions of onboard hospitality and comfort.
“Of the 1,531cabin crew and senior flight supervisors we currently employ, 573 are Omanis. Of this number, 441 are cabin crew and 132 are senior flight supervisors.

However, we recognize that recruitment of Omani women is challenging due to a range of social and cultural factors. Despite these challenges, we are confident of achieving our aim of increasing the number of Omani women we employ as cabin crew.”
