Muscat: Muriya has announced the launch of rental apartments at Jebel Sifah and Salalah.
The new offering will allow Oman’s residents to rent a one, two or three bedroom fully furnished and equipped dream vacation home and make use of the exclusive five-star lifestyle experiences, while enjoying an unobstructed marina, sea or mountain views.

“Launching this new rental proposition will enable more people to experience what it’s like to live in an integrated world-class destination and have an abundance of recreational facilities literally at their doorsteps,” said Olvia Amr, senior commercial director at Muriya.
“With the Khareef season around the corner, families throughout the country and abroad can take advantage of this opportunity and make our apartments in Salalah their new home away from home. On the other hand, people in and around Muscat can create their own summer home-base vacation destination in Jebel Sifah with its wide range of water activities that will help them stay cool during the hot months.”
Properties available at both destinations are part of thriving communities, full with world-class cafes, restaurants, and amenities. Muriya is a joint venture between Orascom Development Holdings (70 per cent), a leading developer of integrated destinations and Omran (30 per cent), the tourism development arm of the Omani Government. Muriya currently has four development projects in Sifah, Salalah, As Sodah Island and Muscat.
