Oman condemns suicide attack targeting Muslim scholars in Kabul

Muscat: The Sultanate has condemned a suicide bombing that targeted the headquarters of a gathering of Muslim scholars in Afghanistan.
In a statement online, Oman's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, “The Sultanate strongly condemns the suicide bombing that targeted the headquarters of a gathering of Muslim scholars in Afghanistan west of the capital Kabul, which resulted in a number of deaths and injuries.”
The statement also read, "The Sultanate expresses its solidarity with the Republic of Afghanistan and supports its good endeavours to bring peace, security and stability throughout the country.”
