Iftar recipes: Celery punch

3 celery sticks
1 carrot
1 green apple
2 lime leaves
150ml water
2 teaspoons Nannari syrup (Hemidesmus)
2 teaspoons chia seeds (soaked)
Ice cubes
Clean and cut the celery, carrot and green apple along with lime leaves. Blend them well. Strain the juice. Boil the liquid by adding water. Once it comes to boil, lower the flame and boil for another 5-10 minutes. Switch off the gas and let it cool. Refrigerate the juice. Add Nannari syrup and chia seeds along with some ice cubes and serve chilled.
