Health Tips: Eat less fried food

Fried chicken and prawns may taste heavenly but will offer little benefit to your health, especially during Ramadan. Avoid high-fat diets whenever possible and use alternative methods to cook your protein. Instead of having deep fried meats and pastries, go for pan-seared, boiled, or grilled meats and oven-baked goods.
