Minister reviews National Urban Development Strategy projects

Muscat: The Steering Committee of the National Urban Development Strategy held its second meeting this year under the chair of Dr. Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidy, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Planning.
During the meeting, the executive position of the project and the periodic reports on the project’s work were reviewed at the level of the Sultanate and at the level of the governorates, with instructions to hold the workshops to discuss the topics by the specialists in the relevant governmental bodies.
The committee reviewed the general vision of the national priorities workshop to be implemented by the Secretariat General of the Supreme Council for Planning on Sunday within the framework of the National Urban Development Strategy.
The meeting was attended by a number of undersecretaries and government bodies related to the strategy.
