One injured in house fire

Muscat: A woman has been injured as a result of a house fire in Sohar, the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance announced.
According to authorities the Omani woman recieved “minor injuries as a result of smoke inhalation.”
In a statment online, PACDA said: “The fire brigades from the department of civil defence and ambulance in North Batinah managed to control a fire that broke out in a house in Sohar, resulting in a minor injury to a citizen due to the inhalation of smoke.”
Emergency medical care was provided to the woman and she was then transferred to the Awainat heath centre.
