His Majesty grants audience to UK Defence Secretary

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said met British Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson and his accompanying delegation at Bait al-Baraka on Tuesday evening.

The leaders discussed bilateral cooperation between the Sultanate and the United Kingdom in many fields and ways to serve the common interests of the Omani and friendly British people.

The meeting was attended by Sayyid Badr bin Saud Al Busaidi, Minister Responsible For Defence Affairs, Hamish Cowell, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Sultanate, and a number of senior officials.
