Drug smuggling foiled in Oman: ROP

Muscat: Meanwhile, police officers foiled an attempt to smuggle drugs at the Muscat International Airport, the ROP reported on Saturday.

Six Asian nationals, including two women, were arrested on charges of possession and smuggling Marijuana and other narcotics.

Five Omani nationals and an Asian expat were arrested in a house in Al Seeb for possession, smuggling and trafficking of drugs.
