Stamps launched to commemorate Oman's Gulf Cup win

Muscat: The National Museum and Oman Post inaugurated a collection of postage stamps to celebrate the national team achievements in the 23rd Gulf Cup, as a tribute to the champions.

The launch came at the opening of the Arabian Gulf Cup exhibition yesterday, at the National Museum, under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Nader bin Mohammed bin Abbas Al Said.
The exhibition includes a display of the cup in the temporary exhibition hall, as well as pictures of the national team, and a visual presentation of important moments from the tournament and the final match, along with information and facts about the Oman Football Association and the team.

Visitors to the National Museum will be exempt from museum entrance fees for the Gulf Cup exhibition on all Mondays throughout March.
