Doha: The activities of the Omani Products of SMEs Expo, which kicked off on Thursday concluded yesterday.
The event was held under the auspices of Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Kawari, vice chairman of Qatar’s Chamber of Commerce in the presence of Najib bin Yahya Al Balushi, the Sultanate’s ambassador to Qatar and a number of ambassadors accredited to Qatar.
Around 30 SMEs representing various industries including those of silver works, gift, antiques, woodworks, Omani traditional dresses and other products have participated in the exhibition.
The organising of the exhibition aimed to support and encourage Omani entrepreneurs and to disseminate, showcase and further promote the national products.
The exhibition has received the appreciation of visitors.
