Muscat: Mohammed bin Al Zubair, Advisor to His Majesty the Sultan for Economic Planning Affairs, received a gold medal as a pioneer of Arab photography specialised in natural images in the Sultanate.
Al Zubair, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Arab Union of Photographers, which plays an important Arab role in the Arab photo field, and what it offers to Arab photographers in all Arab countries of extraordinary effort in various activities, including interest in the pioneers of Arab photographers who have provided the Arab image a lot of distinctive things.
For his part, Adib Al A’ni expressed, in the name of Arab Union of Photographers, his gratitude and appreciation for the kind invitation from Mohammed bin Al Zubair, pointing out that the photograph is the tool that documents the history through the Arab photographer, various projects and events in the fields of exhibitions, competitions, workshops and lectures, in addition to specialised trips in order to create a new generation of Arab photographers who put within their interests the documentation of important chapters of the history and life of the Arab man. He stressed that many of the creative photographers in the Sultanate proved their competence and high technical potential.
The Arab Union of Photographers will announce next week the launching of the Arab specialised competition in nature for the Arab photographers to win ten gold medals bearing the picture of the pioneer of Arab photography Mohammed bin Al Zubair.
