Royal Navy of Oman and Indian Navy hold joint exercise

Muscat: The Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) on Wednesday executed the main stage of the joint naval exercise “Naseem Al Bahr”
with participation of some vessels affiliated to the Navy of the friendly Republic of India, and the assistance of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) jets.
The drill comes within the framework of the RNO’s annual training plans, besides exchanging experience with friendly countries to sustain the readiness level of the RNO fleet and personnel in line with their national tasks. The exercise began on December 17.
