Rolls-Royce Dawn launched in Oman

Muscat: Enthusiasts of luxury cars will have more choice in the super premium market in Oman, after Rolls-Royce unveiled its highly anticipated new Dawn model at the Royal Opera House on Sunday.
The Dawn, a convertible Rolls-Royce, was showcased in the presence of Ahmed Suhail Bahwan, chairman of Al Junaibi International Automobiles, in addition to Divyendu Kumar, managing director and Achint Chaudhary, business head.
Faisal Awar, regional general manager of Roll Royce Motorcars Middle East and Africa, said the Dawn is “strikingly seductive, like no other Rolls-Royce Drophead before.”
Keeping in line with the rich heritage of the brand, the new Rolls-Royce Dawn has been inspired by one of the rarest and the most beautiful Rolls-Royce ever: Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn Drophead Coupe. Only 28 of those unique cars have been produced in the late 1940s and the early 1950s, giving the owners access to a luxurious and more sociable lifestyle.
Today, a younger and more mobile customer base can enjoy the lifestyle by joining the exclusive family of Rolls-Royce owners.
Moved by the authentic luxury of the beautiful motorcars created in the home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, England, Rolls-Royce’s customers have asked for a definitive, more contemporary interpretation of top luxury motoring, which they are unable to find elsewhere in the market today, according to Awar.
This has led to the creation of a beautiful, genuine four-seater super luxury Drophead.
Awar said the new Dawn is a car that you can actually enjoy every day. “It will be the most social of super luxury motorcars. It represents a new dawn for open-topped luxury motors.”
Kumar said the event was a “very important occasion” and that the Dawn is another addition to the super-premium super luxury models that Rolls-Royce has introduced recently.
