This hospital in Oman is raising awareness about genetic diseases

Muscat: Jalan Bani Bu Hassan Hospital in Sharqiya is currently observing the World Week for Genetic Diseases, with a series of events running until the end of this month.

A statement online read, "Jalan Bani Bu Hassan Hospital celebrates the World Week for Genetic Diseases along with the rest of the world.
"The celebration started yesterday, October 25 and will continue until October 31 of each year, with a number of activities such as lectures and video presentations, a blood donation campaign and an educational exhibition to raise awareness of various genetic diseases."
