Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced parking restrictions for Oman’s 48th National Day.
Officials said that people will be prohibited from parking vehicles on the side of the Sultan Qaboos Street from Bait Al Baraka’s roundabout to the palace roundabout in Seeb.
Restrictions, officials have said, will be put in place on November 18 from 8 am to 8 pm.
In a statement online, ROP said, “As part of the county's celebration of the 48th National Day, vehicles will be prohibited from parking on the side of the Sultan Qaboos Street from Bait Al Baraka roundabout until the palace roundabout in Seeb, On Sunday, November 18, 2018 starting from 8 am to 8 pm.
ROP has also advised everyone to abide by the guidelines and to cooperate with the police for the public good.
