Zubair SEC facilitates marketing contract for Wardat Al Wadi

Muscat: In line with its strategy to facilitate business development opportunities for its members, Zubair Small Enterprises Centre (Zubair SEC) has extended specialised advisory support towards the agreement signing between its member Wardat Al Wadi Al Wataniya and Samail Comprehensive Enterprises Corporation.
The agreement, which will help expand the marketing opportunities for Wardat Al Wadi Al Wataniya, was signed by its founder Jamela Hamed Al Seyabi, winner of Zubair SEC’s Direct Support Programme 2016, and Saif Hamoud Al Rashdi, owner of the Samail Comprehensive Enterprises Corporation.
As per the terms of the agreement Samail Comprehensive Enterprises Corporation will sell and market products of Wardat Al Wadi Al Wataniya. Plans are on to explore new outlets to sell Wardat Al Wadi products such as iron and wooden doors.
The contract has been signed in line with Zubair SEC’s strategy to facilitate business development opportunities for its members and build business synergies between established companies and start-ups in the Sultanate.
Speaking about the agreement, Adel Hubeishi, Senior Adviser at Zubair SEC said, “The aim of this project is to develop a new marketing strategy for Wardat Al Wadi, a winner of the fourth edition of Zubair SEC’s Direct Support Programme. We are hoping to find new marketing outlets for their products. We are committed to helping budding entrepreneurs reach great heights by assisting them to endure in the face of challenges. At Zubair SEC we empower our members by creating a conducive atmosphere for them to operate and excel.”
Thanking Zubair SEC, Jamela Hamed Said Al Seyabi said, “The centre has played an important role in marketing and promoting our products. I will be looking for new marketing opportunities outside Samail in the future. We are looking to collaborate with new outlets for our products.”
The Direct Support Programme organised by Zubair SEC, a social responsibility initiative of The Zubair Corporation has been providing extensive support to high-potential young entrepreneurs and business owners for the last four years.
