This creature was rescued off the Omani coast. Know what it is?

Muscat: A whale shark was rescued and returned back to sea, announced the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs.
"The Department of Environment in South Al Batinah Governorate, in cooperation with the Coast Guard Police, were able to rescue the whale shark on the shores of Barkah and return it to the sea," The MoECA said.
