Lausanne (Switzerland): First module for the third batch of the National Programme for CEOs, supervised by the Diwan of Royal Court represented by Capability Development Institute at the International Management Institute in Lausanne, Switzerland was launched on Monday.
The programme, launched in partnership between the private and public sector work team ‘Sharakah’ aims at diversifying the economy of the Sultanate through developing a community of private sector leaders up to world-class standards.
The programme will provide participants with the most and advanced means for strategic leadership to help them identify the main sectors of the Omani economy and add value to their personal perspective.
The participants will explore the main trends in business opportunity so that they can use their knowledge in their organisations and leading roles.
The trainers alongside with participants will identify the future aspirations, the current challenges and ways for seizing opportunities.
It should be noted that the training module include thinking skills and building teams.
The participants will also visit Hublot, Nestle, the EU Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) to review their experience in organisational transformation.
