His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said sends greetings to Singapore

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of greetings to Dr. Tony Tan Keng Yam, President of the Republic of Singapore on his country’s National Day.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings and wishes to the president and his country’s people.
