99 expat labourers deported from Oman

Muscat: More than 140 labourers have been arrested and almost 100 workers deported last month, according to the Ministry of Manpower (MoM).
"The Ministry of Manpower in Al Dhahirah arrested 144 and deported 99 foreign workers in the month of July," the ministry said.
During the first half of this year, the ministry in Dhofar arrested 1,109 workers for violating the labour laws.
