Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs visits Egypt

Sharm El Sheikh: Egyptian President Abdul Fattah El Sisi, today received His Excellency Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs.

His Excellency Yusuf bin Alawi conveyed His Majesty Sultan Qaboos's greetings to the Egyptian president, along with His Majesty's keenness for coordination and consultation between the two countries on various regional issues and matters of common concern.

El Sisi expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Majesty the Sultan, stressing Egypt's keenness to strengthen cooperation with the Sultanate in various fields of interest to the two brotherly peoples.

Discussed during the meeting were bilateral relations and both regional and international matters.
