Arab Information Ministers Council honours Omani media men

Cairo: On the sidelines of its 48th session, which was held today at the Arab League HQs' the Arab Ministers of Information Council honoured a number of Omani media men namely Ibrahim bin A'mer Al Yahmadi and Sulaiman Al Maamari.
The recognition coincides with the celebration of the Arab Media Day.
Ibrahim Al Yahmadi has been recognised for his rich experience in documentary programmes and films.
The Council also honoured ' Cultural Windows' programme by Oman Radio in recognition of the issues that serve the society and meet the needs of the citizens.
The Council also honoured late media woman Safa'a Hijazi, Chairperson of the Egyptian Radio and TV Union and the Ex-President of the Executive Office of the Arab Ministers of Information Council.
