Muscat: British School Muscat’s Open Week, to be held from March 6 to 10, will give prospective parents and their children a chance to see the school’s inspiring new facilities, meet its talented teachers and pupils, and to find out more about its innovative curriculum, which gives pupils access to top universities around the world.
The school’s 10 new and modern science laboratories have been designed by a team of internationally-acclaimed British and Oman-based architects and are part of the school’s exciting and ambitious campus development programme, giving BSM facilities that match those of leading international schools around the globe.
The Open Week is a superb opportunity for prospective parents and their children to book tours of the school from 8am to 1pm, enabling them to see a typical school day at BSM: meeting the talented teachers and conscientious pupils, learning about the innovative curriculum and finding out about the 300 plus range of activities available through the school’s enrichment (after-school) programme.
The school’s Careers’ Advisor, Ajay Khushalbhai, will also be on hand to discuss the wealth of opportunities open to students at leading universities around the world, including in the United Kingdom and the United States.
BSM Principal, Kai Vacher, said, “We look forward to giving a warm welcome to all families in the wider community, who are interested in how our newly-developed campus is helping expand our curriculum and enrichment programme—as we become one of the world’s leading British international schools. We are proud of the supportive community we’ve built at BSM; our pupils not only achieve outstanding academic results, but are also creative thinkers, resilient learners and respectful contributors—ready to make the most of opportunities and face the challenges of our modern world.”
