Cairo: Oman is considered a promising country for foreign investments due to its security, political and economic stability as well as the facilities
provided by the government, said Consultant Eihab Abu Shamat, the Ambassador of General Union of Arbitration and Patent Rights.
While being appointed as the ambassador of foreign relations, he said the government provides an excellent environment for foreign investors in the Sultanate. Foreign investments law has been liberalised for investments up to 70 per cent and for projects of national importance up to 100 per cent.
