Raysut Cement plans to sell stake in Oman Portuguese Cement

Muscat: Raysut Cement Company has received an offer from one of the local companies to buy the share of Raysut Cement in Oman Portuguese Cement products, according to a disclosure statement posted on MSM website.
The company’s board on May 8 approved its unaudited financial statement for the first quarter of 2017. Raysut Cement group has achieved a revenue of OMR19.42 million for the first quarter of 2017 as against OMR25.29 million in the same period of the previous year and achieved net profit after tax of OMR3.09 million for the three months period ended March 31, 2017 as against OMR8.08 million during the corresponding period of last year.
