Most expats are from Bangladesh

According to the NCSI, there are over 700,000 Bangladeshi workers in Oman.
As of March 2017, the number of Indians was 689,201 and that of Pakistani expats was at 235,769.
In November 2013, the number of Bangladeshis was 496,761 and Indians was 600,349.
Ethiopians, Indonesians, Filipinos, Egyptians, Nepalese, and Sri Lankans are the other expat communities residing in Oman.
