Muscat Municipality introduces electronic services through its website

Muscat: Muscat Municipality has introduced several electronic services through its website, smart phone applications and SMS.
Muscat Municipality now offers electronic services such as building permits services, rent contracts, Municipal permits, car parking lots among other services to the society.
Muscat Municipality has also signed an agreement with Sanad Services Centres on the provision of some transactions and services through the said offices.
The number of services provided through the electronic channels of Muscat Municipality amounted to 45,588 transactions in building permits applications, 7,669 applications for car parks , 2,534 applications for renewal of municipality permits, 7,669 transactions in the field of car parks permits among other services up to end of first quarter of 2017.
