Oman's Defence Secretary General receives UK Chief of General Staff

Muscat: Mohammed bin Nasser Al Rasbi, Secretary General at the Ministry of Defence received in his office at Mu’askar Al Murtafa’ on Monday Gen. Sir Nicholas Patrick Carter, Chief of General Staff (CGS) of the British Army, who is currently visiting the Sultanate.
The two sides exchanged cordial conversations. They touched on several matters of common concern between the two sides.
The meeting was attended by the British Military Attaché at the UK Embassy in Muscat.
Royal Army of Oman Commander
Maj.Gen Mattar bin Salim Al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) received in his office at Mu’askar Al Murtafa’ on Monday Gen. Sir Nicholas Patrick Carter, Chief of General Staff of the British Army.
The two sides discussed several military topics and exchanged viewpoints on matters of common concern.
The meeting was attended by RAO senior officers and the Military Attaché at the UK Embassy in Muscat.
