An Omani woman was arrested over the murder of a 23-year-old Omani man in Barka. After stabbing the man to death, she called the ROP to surrender. The man had allegedly been threatening to reveal her intimate photographs. More than 3,000 cases of electronic blackmail were reported In last year’s cyber black mail campaign.
