Mauritanian president receives Oman's Sayyid Asa'ad

Dead Sea: President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania on Wednesday received His Highness Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tariq bin Taimour Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan on the sidelines of the 28th Arab Summit.
During the meeting, Sayyid Asa'ad conveyed greetings of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said along with best wishes of permanent health and happiness to the Mauritanian President and the brotherly Mauritanian people further progress and prosperity.
On his turn, the Mauritanian President asked Sayyid Asa'ad to convey his greetings along with best wishes of good health and happiness to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people further progress and growth.
During the meeting, means of promoting the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries were discussed
The meeting was attended by Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Fu'ad bin Ja'afar Al Sagwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Khamis bin Mohammed Al Farsi, Sultanate's Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Mauritanian officials.
