Al Buraimi Hospital's ICU temporarily closed

Muscat: There are cases of infection reported among the ICU medical staff at Al Buraimi Hospital, the General Directorate of Health Services in Al Buraimi Governorate said in a notice.

A statement issued online by The General Directorate of Health Services in Al Buraimi Governorate said, "With reference to the message circulating about the closure of the intensive care unit at Al Buraimi Hospital, we would like to report that there are cases of infection among the medical staff, so the intensive care has been temporarily closed with the continuation of providing the usual services. This is an internal procedure, and no official circular has been issued about the closure of intensive care at all. The directorate reserves its legal right to the publisher of the message and its promoter."
