HM sends greetings to Vietnam President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Nguyen Phu Trọng of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Trọng and the friendly people of Vietnam.
