HM the Sultan congratulates President of Uruguay

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Luis Lacalle Pou of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay on his country's Independence Anniversary.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Lacalle Pou and the friendly people of Uruguay.
