* Sheikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah Al Khalili, chairman of the State Council
* Dr Ali bin Masaud Al Sunaidi, Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic and Free Zones
* Khamis bin Saif Al Jabri, Chairman of the Implementation Follow- Up Unit of Oman Vision 2040
