TRA signs agreement with Oman Broadband Company

Muscat: The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has signed an agreement with the Oman Broadband Company to deliver fixed telecommunications and internet services to over 550 villages and 141 schools in the last quarter of 2020.

A statement issued online by TRA said, "The Oman Broadband Company and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority signed an agreement today to deliver fixed telecommunications and internet services via satellite to 598 villages and 141 schools in the last quarter of 2020."
