Employment centre in Oman asks for job vacancy details

Muscat: The National Employment Centre (NEC) calls on all institutions to commit to providing the centre with all vacancies, jobs and occupations to be filled in order to enhance employment efforts and activate its tracks.

In its announcement, the centre said: "The National Employment Centre has noted some job postings without prior coordination with the centre, and we should note that it is imperative, for implementation of the Royal Decree 22/29/2019, on all units of the state administrative apparatus (civil, military, security) and private sector establishments to provide the centre with all vacancies and jobs to be filled."

The NEC also noted that it is still receiving requests to fill the position of CEO of the NEC, and according to the announcement issued in this regard the selection process will go through the usual procedures followed.
