36 deaths from COVID in the past week

Muscat: 36 people in Oman have died due to COVID-19 in the past week, according to government figures.

The highest number of deaths in the past week took place on Friday, 26 June, when nine people unfortunately lost their lives. Tuesday, 30 June, saw another seven people pass away from the disease.

The total number of deaths due from the novel coronavirus in Oman is now 176.
