Two arrested in Oman for theft, assault

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested two individuals on charges of assault and theft.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "The Northern Al Batinah Police Command arrested two people for assaulting an Asian expatriate and stealing his money. Legal measures are underway against them."
