Muscat: Cumulus clouds are likely to cause rain over adjacent areas of Al Hajar Mountains, the Public Authority of Civil Aviation (PACA) said.

A statement issued online by PACA said, "Cumulus clouds expanded over adjacent areas of Al Hajar Mountains with rain. High temperatures monitored up to 49 degrees in desert areas at stations (Al-Sunainah, Fahud, Qurn Al-Alam and Hamra Al-Droud). Also, dust in parts of Al-Wusta Governorate was monitored due to the active western wind."
