Statement regarding tropical depression to be issued post analysis: PACA

Muscat: After analysis by specialists, a statement will be issued regarding the end of the tropical depression, said the Public Authority of Civil Aviation (PACA).

PACA said, "Specialists at the National Early Warning Center will analyze the latest tropical state data and a statement will be issued that the direct effects of this tropical situation have ended, as soon as this is confirmed within the coming hours."

The Authority stated in a statement, "The clouds continue and chances of rain on parts of Dhofar Governorate and constitute cumulative clouds on parts of Al Hajar Mountains and chances of isolated rain and thunderstorm some times."
