Group of expats arrested in Al Dakhliyah Governorate

Muscat: A group of expatriates were arrested in Al Dakhliyah Governorate in charge of practising tailoring and violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee in charge of dealing with COVID-19.

A statement issued online by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) said, “Al Dakhliyah Governorate Police Command, with the support of the Special Task Force of Nizwa, stops a group of expatriates in the wilayat of Samail on charges of practising tailoring and violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee to stop these activities.”

“The accused were referred to the judicial authorities to take the legal requirement against them,” the statement added.
