Clear skies over most parts of Oman

Muscat: Most parts of the Sultanate will have clear skies today, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) said.

In its weather forecast, PACA said: “Mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with dust raising winds over desert and open areas and chance of late night to early morning low clouds or fog patches along coastal areas of Arabian Sea .”

The expected maximum and minimum temperatures will be 39 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees in Muscat, 33 degrees and 27 degrees in Salalah, 41 degrees and 25 degrees in Khasab, 41 degrees and 29 degrees in Sohar, 41 degrees and 27 degrees in Sur, 35 degrees and 26 degrees in Masirah, 45 degrees and 29 in Rustaq, 43 degrees and 28 degrees in Buraimi, 43 degrees and 28 in Ibri, 43 degrees and 29 degrees in Nizwa and 45 degrees and 29 in Haima.”

The Oman News Agency (ONA), said: “The highest temperature expected on Monday is 45 degrees in Fahud and wilayat of Haima, wilayat of Rustaq , and the lowest is 20 degrees in Jabal Shams.”
