Masks compulsory for passengers onboard repatriation flights

Muscat: Indian nationals flying home from Oman on the repatriation flights organised under the Vande Bharat initiative will need to wear face masks on board the planes.

An official attached to the repatriation process said, "face masks are mandatory and sanitisers will be made available. Social distancing is to be followed."

The first flight will depart from Muscat for Kochi on Saturday, 9 May 2020, and another flight for Chennai three days later on May 12.
