Molecular pathology lab opened in Dhofar

Muscat: Ministry of Health on Thursday opened a molecular pathology laboratory at the Sultan Qaboos Hospital in Dhofar Governorate.

OMR 150,000 was funded by Salalah Mills Company to start the lab.

A statement issued by The Directorate General Health Services in Dhofar governorate said: “Establishing an integrated laboratory in Dhofar Governorate under the name of Molecular Pathology Laboratory or Nuclear Acid Laboratory in Sultan Qaboos Hospital, with the generous support of Salalah Mills Company.”
